The team at Xavier Nicolle is thrilled to offer full service event design and coordination alongside our floral design. With a background in event planning and hospitality, conceptual idea building and environmental design, alongside Xavier’s passion for bringing special moments to life, our team is the perfect partner to curate and achieve your dream wedding day. With a detailed and personalised approach, we design alongside our couples to deliver a celebration that is both unique and complementary to your authentic style and personality.

To us, full service event design and coordination is not just about incredible florals, it’s blending all the finer details together seamlessly, from linens, to font selection, candles and lighting. Our team organises all the logistics and work tirelessly and effortlessly using our extensive and unique knowledge of the industry. During our travels, we have built solid relationships with some of the industry’s leading suppliers and we will connect you with those who suit your style and share your vision – only the best for our couples!

This comprehensive service has been created for couples with minimal expendable time, those dreaming of a destination wedding or the couple who have a good idea of what they want, but are looking for an experienced wedding specialist to take the lead (and the pressure) allowing them to immerse themselves in the experience and enjoy the journey without any of the pressure. Our event design and coordination service can be tailored to suit the level of assistance you require. Just get in touch and we would be happy to offer you a quote.

Service includes

  • Quotes are provided within 7 days of consultation, we provide quotes based on your floral budgets. We do not provide itemised quotes.
  • Initial phone or face to face consultation plus 3 additional meetings (allocated in schedule) to design your perfect wedding day.
  • Over 200 hrs of preparation time, including unlimited emails and phone calls in the lead up to the wedding.
  • Access to the Digital “Couples Timeline & Full Service Planning Templates“ to keep everything ontrack. Leaving you feeling stress free.
  • Floral and event design proposals (Max 2).
  • Creation of a master runsheet to encompass all the finer details of the day.
  • A detailed list of suggested vendors suited to your style and budget, for you to select and book or we can organise your items on your behalf. This is discussed at the first meeting as every client is unique.
  • Ongoing liaising with vendors up until our departure on the wedding day.
  • Setting and monitoring budgets if required, budgeting sheets provided to use at your convenience.
  • Onsite staff (2 staff per 100 guests) for 8-10hrs (11am-8.30pm), generally bumping out after the cake cutting. *Additional team members as required.*Hours dependant on logistics of the event.
  • This service is only available in conjunction with our floral design service and incorporates our event design package inclusions. *Coupling our packages saves you delivery fees from our floral services.

Delivery includes – Bride’s location, ceremony and reception setup and packdown of floral design + event design. *Additional to Floral Budget.
