Our Event Design Styling Services

Available in conjunction with our bespoke floral design package, our creative team is available to assist you with designing and styling your wedding day. This service is perfect for couples choosing to infuse their own personality and flair into their celebration, but would like the help of an industry professional to bring it all together on the day. Our talented team will take care of setting up DIY items and ensuring your ceremony and reception are styled to your vision so you can simply enjoy the lead up and take in every precious moment of the day.

Service includes

  • Quotes are provided within 7 days of consultation, we provide quotes based on your floral budgets. We do not provide itemised quotes.
  • Second meeting to discuss inspiration board design for your perfect wedding day, scheduled three months prior to the wedding.
  • 10 hours of preparation time, including unlimited emails and phone calls in the lead up to the wedding. *Additional hours are available –
  • Inspiration boards (Max of 2)
  • Access to Digital “Couples Timeline & Basic Runsheet“ keeping you ontrack.
  • Two onsite styling team members for 3 hours (9am – 12pm) for 80 guests. *Additional styling team members as required. Times dependant on logistics of the event.
  • A detailed list of suggested vendors suited to your style and budget, for you to select and book or we can organise your items on your behalf. This is discussed at the first meeting as every client is unique.
  • Coupling our packages saves you delivery fees from our floral services.
  • Delivery includes – Bride’s location, ceremony and reception setup and packdown of Floral Design. *Additional to Floral Budget.
  • Optional extras – Collection and return of DIY hire equipment you or we have booked. Please contact us for rates.
